For the Art in Action Showcase, I managed the full creative and logistical process from coordinating with student artists and gathering all completed artwork to designing the event’s visual branding, signage, and promotional materials.

I organized the layout of the program’s event assets, including banners, artist descriptions, the program flyer, and all activation materials to ensure a cohesive and polished presentation. I also handled day-of setup, photography, and guest experience, making sure the showcase felt welcoming, engaging, and truly celebratory of the youth who brought it to life.
