The Latinx Thriving Initiatives (LTI) at UC Berkeley is a campus-wide effort dedicated to transforming the university into a place where Latinx students, staff, and faculty not only have access to opportunities but thrive in them.

Building on Berkeley’s commitment to become a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI), LTI centers the strengths, cultural identities, and diverse ways of knowing within the Latinx community to support equity, belonging, and success across academic, cultural, and well-being dimensions.

    • Designed and executed branded marketing campaigns for UC Berkeley’s Latinx Thriving Initiatives to increase student engagement and visibility.

    • Produced social media, digital, and print assets to promote Latinx student programs, events, and creative opportunities.

    • Led creative communications strategy highlighting Latinx identity, community, and thriving at UC Berkeley.
